What is VPF Technology?
Variable Pressure Foaming (VPF) technology produces high comfort and resilience foam material using the atmospheric pressure of a closed chamber.
What are the benefits?
– Avoids the need to use blowing agents in the process, such as Liquid Carbon Dioxide or Methylene Chloride
– Captures all emissions
– Emits virtually zero Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), such as acetone and pentane.

Seaqual Initiative
Seaqual Yarn contains approximately 10% Upcycled Marine Plastic and 90% post-consumer plastic from land sources.
Spanish fishers collect garbage in the sea, and Bekaert Deslee, one of our textile suppliers, uses innovative textile technology to upcycle ocean plastics into new yarns used to produce high-quality mattress textiles and mattress covers.

Our supplier and partner, Joyce Foam Products, infuses all comfort grades with CompriShieldduring the foam manufacturing process. As a result, CompriShield protects you by eliminating dust mites, significantly reducing one of the major causes of allergies and asthma in the home.
CompriShield is one of the most comprehensive treatments on the market, providing continuous antibacterial odor protection as well as mould and mildew resistance.
Dust mites are a key trigger of allergies, including asthma. By eliminating their food sources such as mould and bacteria, CompriShield is able to control dust mite populations effectively.
Due to its unique mechanical mode of action, CompriShield will not leach out of the foam during its lifetime, providing continuous and environmentally friendly protection. At the end of their life-cycle, the active components of CompriShield break down into oxygen, nitrogen, and sand.
